1. How do I pay?

Cash payments are accepted and Bank transfers accepted from councils

2. Do you take last minute bookings?

We accept all last minute bookings. All we ask is a 2-3 hour notice for the driver to get ready and arrive at your location.

3. Are you insured?

We are fully insured. For full details please contact us.

4. Do I need to pay the congestion charge?

You will need to pay an additional £ 11.50 for congestion.

5. Do you dismantle and reassemble large furniture?

Yes, all furniture will be dismantled and reassembled on request.

6. How do you hire your staff?

All staff members go through a recruitment and selection process to see the amount of experience they have and how well they are trained in the field. All our staff members have at least 3 years experience in removals.

7. What are the vehicle sizes?

Our vans are mainly 3.5 tonne Luton Vans. We do also provide long base transit vans.

8. What are Opening hours?

We are available seven days a week and are available for bookings 24 hours of the day.

9. How far do you go?

We travel all over London and the UK.
